It has been seen that this can be a form of exercise and a technique of self defense and that the benefits it has are many. The styles used are many but the results are usually the same at the end of the day.

It is simple and can be done anywhere anytime by anyone as there is no age limit and the only thing that is required from a person who wants to learn this technique is time, patience and commitment in order for perfect end results.
